Setting up the Custom Term Field


Each template allows for the ability to include one additional field in the top "Terms" section. The custom term field must be a String (either text or formula returned as a string) or a picklist field. The Order Schedule will output the exact text value on the record.


Follow these steps:

  1. Add a custom term field to your Quote object (if it doesn't already exist). 
  2. Browse to the template you would like to add the Custom Term field on.
  3. Select the Custom Term Field from the dropdown in the "Language" section.

  4. Click "Save"
