You can define Template Specific Columns using a custom field on the Line Columns custom object. To start the process, you will need to create the field.
Setup --> Develop --> Custom Settings --> Line Columns.
Click "New". Create a Text field with the length of "100".
Click "Save".
Once the Template__c field is created, the Manage Groups screen will display a drop down with available templates the column can be rendered on.
| NOTE: If a column is used on more than one Template, it will need to have an entry for each column, on each template. You can use the "Clone" button in the Manage Groups editor to create a column for each template. |
