- Products are an individual record that represents an item that can sold to a Prospect, Customer or Partner.
- Products can exist in multiple price books with different pricing.
- Recurring Products must be divisible by 12, and are setup using their monthly amounts.
- Product elements should start at the top (Product) and roll down.

- Price books are a specific collection of products that can have different products.
- Price books are used for specific internal teams, and/or for specific customers. Price books can be permissioned, so only certain users have access to them.
- Products can exist in multiple price books.
