About Upgrade Paths
- Upgrade Paths allow single click product upgrades for End Users on the Quote Entry screen.
- Scenarios for Upgrade Paths include use cases like:
- Moving from a ”Basic” to a “Pro” tier
- Upgrading from “Standard” to “Platinum Support”
Setting Upgrade Paths
- Browse to the product you would like to set the Upgrade Path for.
- Click the ”Upgrade Path” button
- On the next screen use the Lookup glass to set the Upgrade Product
