- Bundles are a predefined collection of specific, individual products made up of "Bundle Items".
- Bundles are Price Book specific to each Price Book.
- Bundles have their own unique codes that will roll down to each line item related to the Bundle.
- Bundles with locked discounts can be setup to be “pre-approved” and bypass Approval process rules since the discounts cannot be changed.
- Bundles can have a "Master" Product which can control the Product display on the Order Schedule - as well as apply attributes to child products.
An example of Bundle displays from the Line Editor vs the Quote are shown in the attached PDF. The examples are:
- Bundle that shows lines with quantity and term and no prices
- Bundle is shown as a single line with a description and total price.
- “Normal”, non bundled line item
NOTE: Non-Recurring items that are part of a Bundle purchase will not be added to the Future Renewal unless "Add to Renewal" is checked. |
