• Click on the Bundles tab in SFDC. The tab may be visible on your tab ribbon, or you may need to click the ‘+’ sign to locate it. The location is dependent on your user settings.  


  • From the Bundle homepage, click ‘New’.  


Entering Bundle Information

  • Enter the appropriate Bundle information. All fields are required except for the “End Date”.
  • If you do not require an Approval Process, change the Status to "Approved". NOTE: Only "Approved" Bundles will show up on the Product Entry pages.
  • See the notes on "Quick Add" bundles.
  • Click “Save” when done.


Add Bundle Items to your Bundle



  • From the Bundle Detail Screen, click “Add Items” 


  • The Bundle Items Screen will allow entry of multiple items at once.
  • Enter the appropriate details for your Bundle items. 
  • For more details on the specific fields see the section titled “Bundle Item Fields”
  • Click “Add Bundle Item” to insert a new row

NOTE: Products can be setup as "Bundle Only" at the Pricebook level. This ensures a product can only be used as part of a Bundle.


  • Click “Save” when done

NOTE: Products must be active in the Pricebook you selected during Bundle Setup. The Product Name picklist will automatically query Active Products from the Bundle's Pricebook.
