Bundles can be used to group products as a standard package, or Promotion. Some common use cases are:

  • Implementation Package with a Core Application that is required, a variable number of users (quotable by the sales rep) and a standard set of Services hours for implementation. See the example Bundle below.
  • Paid POC that includes a limited number of users for the first 3 months, and a variable number of users selected when sold by the sales rep for the remainder of the term. See the paid POC example below.

Example Getting Started Implementation Bundle:
  • Note that Services have no Term. 



Example no cost POC:

  • Note there are two lines for each product. One line corresponds to the free period, and the other is the paid period. The paid lines should have a "Relative Start" equal to the Default Term of the locked POC lines.
