Simple! Just click on the underlined Tiered Pricing text to view the Tier List. The current Tier Level will be highlighted to show you the current Quantity band you're in.
You can also view Tiers by clicking the "up" arrow next to the Product in the Product Search:
The lock icon next to specific items designates that Quantity is a Pricebook specific Tier level.
