This report captures the trend of your Renewal Percentages, including both Customer/Contract Counts and $ Values.

  • Renewal $ Percent = Total $ Value Booked for Renewals / Total $ Value Expected for Renewals
  • Renewal # Percent = Total # of Customers Renewed / Total # of Expected Customers to Renew


How to use this Report:

Use this report to measure your churn rates for Renewals in Customer Counts and dollar values. It's not uncommon to see <100% Customer Renewal # Percent, and >100% $ Renewal Percent.
