In Production environments, users will need to be configured to have access to the Transaction Management elements, such as pages, fields, etc. In addition, you will need to assign the correct permissions using a Permission set to the user record. 


In Classic:

To assign licenses, browse to the Installed Packages list: https://login.salesforce.com/0A3?setupid=ImportedPackage


In Lightning:


Setup--> search for "Installed Packages"



Next to the TYSO Transaction Management Package, click "Manage Licenses"



From this screen, you'll be able to view your license count as well as add/remove users:



Once complete. Ensure all appropriate users have the needed permission sets. You can follow that process here.
