Renewal Owners can be set based on the following pieces of data related to the Renewal that is being created:
- Account Owner
- Account Team (Specific Role)
- Account Specific Field
- Opportunity Owner
The default setting is the Opportunity Owner if no other value is found.
To enable it for users, browse to the Transaction Management Setup Tab, and then to "Mappings". Set the Renewal Owner Mapping value you would like and then click "Save".
| NOTE: If any of the selected options are an inactive User, the system will automatically set the future renewal to the current user running the Booking process. |
