The Order Schedule address can be set using two options:

Organization: This displays the Address and Company Name of the Organization in the Salesforce.com setup under the "Company Info" --> "Company Profile" section.
User Level: This displays the Address from the Opportunity Owner's User record and can be changed on a User-by-User basis.

NOTE: The system does not check for blank values and will always show the address values (or missing values) from the option selected.
