In the event that the Renewal Automation process has issues updating records, you will receive an email with a CSV that contains all records that contained records. This article will help you decode the error file.
Columns:
- QuoteID: this is the Quote ID of the object that the Refresher was attempting to update.
- OpportunityID: this is the Opportunity ID related to the Quote / Line Item that the Refresher was attempting to update.
- OpportunityName: this is the Opportunity Name related to the Quote / Line Item that the Refresher was attempting to update.
- SourceOppLineItems: A list of Opportunity Line Items that were being used to calculate and update the new Quote Line Item
- LineItem: This is the data map of fields and values the Refresher was attempting to insert.
- Error: The error message the application received. Generally, these are validation rules that cause issues.
