The easiest way to export your data in one process is to use the Salesforce Export.
Setup --> Data Management --> Data Export
Click "Export Now".
Select the following objects which will include all tysoxrr__ custom fields.
Contract
Account
Opportunity
OpportunityLineItem
Quote
QuoteLineItem
Product2
PricebookEntry
Pricebook
All objects that start with the tysoxrr__ prefix:
