Quote Terms can be setup to flag fields on your Quote when a Quote Term is either added or approved on a quote using the following setup fields:
- Unapproved Quote Field: When a Quote Term is first added to a quote and is in an unapproved state, the defined field from this Library Term will be populated as "True" on the Quote.
- Approved Quote Field: When a Quote Term is first approved, the defined field from this Library Term will be populated as "True" on the Quote.
These can be setup from a Terms Library list view. Ensure your list view has the previously mentioned fields as columns.

Use inline editing in the list view to populate the API Name of the fields from the Quote object you would like to update. In the example above, we are flagging the "Needs_Terms_Approval__c" checkbox when we add our Auto-Renewal clause, and then also flagging the "Show_Special_Terms__c" field when it is approved. These fields are accomplishing two different process for us. 1.) Allowing us to flag Quotes to go into an approval process, and also displaying the terms section we have setup, after it's been approved.
