Absolutely! You can copy both Opportunity, Quote and Line Item fields to the Future Renewal. To copy additional fields to your Future Renewal Opportunity, follow these steps.


Opportunities:

Setup-->Customize-->Opportunities-->Field Sets


Create a new Field Set and make sure the API Name is "Renewal_Copy".

Add your fields into the Field Set and click "Save".

Quotes:

For copying Quote fields, follow the same process, but create a Field Set on Quotes.


Setup-->Customize-->Quotes-->Field Sets


Create a new Field Set and make sure the API Name is "Renewal_Copy".



NOTE: This will copy over the values from the Opportunity directly to the new Opportunity that is created for the future renewal. If you select a field that is part of the default configuration and/or is automatically calculated, it will be overwritten. The same holds true for default Quote fields.


 

Line Items:

For copying Line Item fields, follow the same process as above, but create a Field Set on Opportunity Products.


Setup-->Customize-->Opportunity Products-->Field Sets


Create a new Field Set and make sure the API Name is "Renewal_Copy". 


NOTE: 
  • The field being copied from the Opportunity Product must also exist on the Quote Line item.
  • If your renewals are setup to combine multiple purchases of the same product, but the custom field being copied has the potential be different, please Contact Customer Success.
