About Product Terms
Familiarize yourself with the Terms & Language matrix located here which walks through the use cases and capabilities of each feature.
- Product Terms are pieces of static language that can be displayed on the Order Schedule each time a product is present on a Quote.
- You can choose to have different Order Schedule Templates display or not display Product Terms.
- Product Terms will only show one time if there are multiple instances of the same product on the Quote.
Adding Product Terms to a Product
- Browse to the Product you would like to add Terms to.
- Click "Edit"
- Add your terms in the Product Terms box
- Click "Save"
