Admin only products are available at the PriceBook level and only allow a designated Quote Admin to add the product to the screen.


Once added to Quote Lines, an end user can manipulate the attributes based on their permissions.


To Set an "Admin Only" product:

  1. Browse to the Product and Edit the Pricebook entry
  2. Check the "Admin Only" box

  3. Click "Save"



Note: Users must have the "Transaction Management Admin" permission set to be able to add "Admin only" Products.
