How can I ensure my Subscription Terms are always a full month? Print

To ensure Add-on subscription terms are set to a full month, browse to Setup --> Mappings --> "How you run your Business" and check the "Full Month Term" box.

When selected, the system will automatically round to the nearest full month date based on the calculated term.

For Example:

If the Customer's Contract End Date is 9/9/2017 and the user creates an add-on with the Start Date of 7/17/17, the system will automatically round the Start Date to 7/10/2017 for a full 2 month term.
