Because TYSO is a core part of your Salesforce installation, we do not automatically upgrade customers. This allows for the least amount of issues and disruptions for customers when new versions are released.


When you are notified of a release and ready to test, simply email support@tysoconsulting.com and let them know you would like to upgrade your Sandbox to the the specified version. Please provide the ID of your Sandbox org at this time.


We encourage customers to run through their processes in the sandbox before requesting an upgrade in production. To upgrade production, please tell support you have tested and have found no process issues. Support will then upgrade your production instance.
