Yes, you can create a single bulleted list by selecting the following options while setting up your Order Schedule template:

Group All Terms:

NOTE: If selected, all terms headings will be ignored and grouped into one single terms section. The Heading used will be from the "Special Terms Header Text" defined on the template.
