In addition to UI notifications and email alerts for certain TYSO Processes, certain errors are also logged into an object called "TYSO Logs". This is a custom object included with the package.


Logs that are older than 7 days are deleted. If you need to increase, or decrease the retention time, please contact TYSO Support.


To access TYSO logs, browse to the "Setup" tab, and click the "Log Data" subtab.



Click "View Logs" and you'll be taken to the TYSO Logs list view.


From there, you can filter just like any standard Salesforce list view.


You can also create a report using the "TYSO Logs" report type.


NOTE: We also recommend creating a scheduled report, or a report that has filter criteria to send a notification of any errors you may not catch.
