Subscription Products are used to aggregate "Active" Products and quantities for an Account. They are housed in an object called "Subscription Products", where each individual recurring based product the Customer purchases has its own record. 


How they work

Subscription Products are created or updated when an Opportunity is booked, but a nightly job ensures the current Quantity and Status is reflected. 

The nightly job can be scheduled by an Admin from the "TYSO Setup" tab. On the front page you'll see the "Scheduled Job Status" widget. If the power button is red, click it to schedule the job. This will also kick off a one time run of the job for relevant records.


NOTE: Because most customers have a high volume of subscription products, the scheduled job will only run for Products that have a Start or End date within the past 3 days.
