The Booking Widget is a visual that can be added to your Lightning page layouts which provides a quick checklist of items that TYSO requires for the record to be "Booked". The "Book It" button is provided when the criteria is met to kick off the Booking process.
How to Add it
- As an Admin, click the "gear" icon from your Opportunity page and select "Edit Page"
- Next, drag a visualforce component into your layout.
- Select "BookingCheck"
- It's recommended to uncheck "Show Label"
- Set the height to at least 300px
- You can also set criteria using the filter to only show this in a Closed Won Stage, as well as only expose it to Admins. (The "Book It" button) will only show for your designated Quote or Transaction Management Admins.
- Be sure to save your work (and publish the page if it needs to be)
