Price locks can be used to lock prices and stop automatic recalculation on products that use a percentage base calculation.
As of Summer 2023, price locks are in BETA. To enable price locks for users, contact TYSO Support. We expect they will be GA sometime during the Winter 2023 / 14.x release cycle. |
To lock a price on an eligible line item, check the line item box at left. Then use the drop down menu in the top right, and click "Toggle Price Locks".
Once completed, the sales price and discounts will be blanked out and you will no longer be able to change the price until it is unlocked. There will also be a toggle icon displayed in the Sales Price column letting you know the price is locked.
To unlock the price lock, simple follow the same process, and the product will return back to normal.
