Within your Order Schedule, you can manage the different "Content" that is displayed using the "Manage Template Content" button, which can be found on the main Order Schedule setup tab.
Order Schedule Content Types
Standard
- Utilizes standard components and logic from the basic Templates that cannot be fully customized.
Custom
- Rich text components that can be customized using HTML, Merge tags, etc. Custom blocks are created in the “Manage Language” section of TYSO XRR Setup.
Hybrid
- Subset of Standard components that can be separated and used in different areas.
Below is a list the available Standard and Hybrid types:

Line Table | Standard | Product Lines in groups/columns you have defined |
Renewal Lines | Standard | A simple table of Lines that will show what the customer purchased in the prior period. Product Name, Quantity and Total are shown for columns. |
Bundles | Standard | Bundled Products |
Schedule | Standard | Multi-Segment product schedules |
Tiers | Standard | Tier Schedule for Products on the Quote |
Signatures | Standard | Signature blocks and e-signature Codes |
Terms | Standard | All Terms (Transaction Language, Special Terms, Quote Terms) |
SOW | Standard | Only available If the SOW extension is installed. |
Quote Terms | Hybrid | Subset of Standard “Terms” Component: Displays any Quote Terms in a separate section. |
Special Terms | Hybrid | Subset of Standard “Terms” Component: Displays any special terms in a separate section. |
Transaction Language | Hybrid | Subset of Standard “Terms” Component: Displays the correct New or Existing Business language based on the Transaction Type. |
Totals | Hybrid | Creates a separate area that mimics the “Totals” functionality of the Line Tables. |
Displaying Sections of Content or making them Conditional:
Using the "Display Criteria" on the Order Schedule Content page, you can choose which sections are visible using the following types of criteria:
- A checkbox field on the Quote object, OR:
- The Transaction Type of the Opportunity (New Business, Existing Business, Renewal)
