If you're using a Developer Sandbox, or need a quick way to export all TYSO Specific Objects, browse to the TYSO Setup Tab, and look for "Log Data". Then find "Run Migration" and click it. Each time you run it, it will overwrite the current version.

After the page refreshes, browse to the Documents tab, and then "My Personal Documents". You'll find all of the object files, with the object name as the file name:
