Yes, you can add fields specific to a Quote Entry Admin. To add additional fields on the Quote Line Entry Screen, follow these steps.
Setup-->Customize-->Quote Line Item-->Field Sets
Create a new Field Set and make sure the API Name is "Admin_Line_Entry".
Add your fields into the Field Set and click "Save". Make sure you don't add too many fields, the intent is to keep the create screen very simple!
Lastly, add the Quote Admin Permission set to any admin users you would like to have this functionality.
| NOTE: Some fields included with the TYSO package (prefixed with our namespace prefix of tysoxrr__) will not be shown on the entry screen, even if you add them to your Fieldset.
